I. Characteristics of Products and Application Scope

Portable Numerical Control Cutting machine is an integrally compact mini structure and is an ideal updating and upgrading product for replacing handheld flame cutting equipment, handheld plasma cutting device, profiling cutting machine and semi-auto cutting trolley. As the NC equipment specially for cutting off sheet metals, it is operated as easily and flexibly as the cutting trolley without any fixed site and with random moving. It is applicable to inside/outside cutting, able to cut off various metal materials according to any graphs. In general, the cut surface after cutting needs no further surface processing. It is provided with advantages such as high automation, easy operation, high accuracy, high reliability, low price, and simple operation & maintenance, and is now widely used in industries such as machine tool manufacturing, Petro-chemical equipment, light-industrial machinery, shipbuilding, pressure vessel, mining machinery, electric power, bridge construction, aerospace, steel structure etc..

II. NC system

All buttons/switches are designed in humanized way, which are comfortable, convenient and fast.

The core control system is formed with ARM and DSP special motor control chip.

System advantages:

1. Super-strong anti-interference ability of plasma: the case is of all-steel anti-magnetic structure, the system is designed to have high reliability and coordinated with all opto-coupler isolation control, thus having the strongest abilities of anti-interference of plasma and magnetic electricity. The host interior and the system are additionally provided with HF anti-jammer, and all internal circuits use high quality shielded wires, effectively preventing abnormal operation of the system arising from the plasma HF interference system. Additionally, we also provide anti-interference magnet ring which is peculiar to Yahong Cutter, making our machines have the strongest anti-interference ability and more stable operation. It can resist any EM interference. Moreover, it has no requirements on plasma, and high, medium and low grades can be used. There is no worry about strong current.

4. Fool style operation. The operation display of the system adopts level-by-level functional window prompt mode, is clear at a glance and able to be mastered in a few minutes.

5. 7" high-resolution LCD, with color graphs and the same graphic display style with AUTOCAD, is able to zoom in or zoom out graphs and track the cut point in zoom-in state. Cutting state is clear at a glance. It is operated more conveniently.
